Job Title: Immigration Advisor

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries from prospects interested in immigration (PR, study, work, visitor visas)
  • Analyze clients' profiles to suggest suitable immigration options based on eligibility
  • Clearly explain visa procedures, timelines, fees, and documentation requirements
  • Schedule appointments for detailed counseling or further processing with senior consultants
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to ensure high conversion rates
  • Keep accurate records of all interactions using CRM tools
  • Stay updated with the latest immigration policies, rules, and country-specific changes
  • Achieve targets related to call volume, follow-ups, and conversions
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Experience: 1-3 years in tele-counseling, immigration, or client service roles
  • Essential skills:
    • Excellent communication skills (English mandatory; regional languages are a plus)
    • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
    • Basic knowledge of visa and immigration processes (Canada, Australia, UK, USA preferred)
    • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and call management tools
    • Target-driven with a customer-first approach
