  • Responsibilities:
    • Leverage AI to drive quality and innovation in software development
    • Develop and implement AI-powered solutions that meet the highest standards of quality
    • Lead a team of engineers who are passionate about delivering high-quality products and services
    • Mentor and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality and innovation across the organization
    • Requirements:
      • 10+ years of experience in software quality engineering
      • 5+ years of experience in a management position for technical teams
      • Advanced working knowledge of test engineering processes and methodologies
      • Expertise in test planning, test case management, code coverage, and defect analysis
      • Signedificant hands-on experience in project management and Agile Scrum product development life cycles
      • Thorough understanding of performance testing and automation testing
      • Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills combined with flexibility working in a dynamic, fast-moving product development environment
    • Preferred Qualifications:
      • Software quality engineering experience with deep expertise in Java, JavaScript, Selenium, and modern enterprise application design
      • Experience with Enterprise Applications Data Model such as Oracle, Salesforce, SAP, or other ERP CRM systems
      • Proven track record in building data pipelines, analytical content, including metrics, KPIs, and Dashboards
      • Familiarity with ETL ELT processes, data modeling, and orchestration frameworks (e.g., Apache Airflow, Kafka, MuleSoft)
      • Understanding of analytics tools and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI) and how they integrate into workflow solutions
      • Experience working with ServiceNow or similar workflow platforms preferred
