This role provides hands-on experience in technical proposal development, customer liaison and cost estimation activities critical for winning and delivering complex industrial fan projects.
About the Role
- Assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals by collecting data from various sources.
- Analyse customer specifications, drawings and requirements to ensure accurate product delivery.
- Support sales engineers with cost estimation and quotation preparation to meet client expectations.
- Coordinate with internal teams including design, engineering and procurement to deliver high-quality products on time.
- Communicate effectively with clients and vendors to gather project-specific information.
- Participate in technical discussions with clients, vendors and cross-functional teams to drive project success.
- Track proposal deadlines and submit timely submissions to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Consistent academic record.
- Strong interest in project execution, mechanical systems and industrial equipment.
- Basic understanding of engineering drawings, manufacturing processes and project workflows.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks etc.) is beneficial.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated, organised and target-oriented individual.
- Previous internship or sales experience in engineering or industrial projects is advantageous.
Career Path
Candidates who demonstrate strong technical aptitude, dedication and alignment with company values during the training period may be offered a permanent position based on management review after 1 year.
