Product Visionary

About the Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity for a product visionary to drive strategic innovation and lead cross-functional teams in delivering cutting-edge products.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product development strategies that align with business objectives and deliver maximum value to customers.
  • Lead and collaborate with stakeholders, including design, technology, and engineering teams, to ensure effective translation of product strategy into detailed requirements.
  • Assess value, develop use cases, and prioritize features and user stories to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value and alignment with the product strategy.
  • Partner with design and technology teams to develop, evaluate, and deliver defined capabilities, and rapidly iterate innovative solutions.
  • Mentor product owners on eliciting user needs and matching them to the wider product vision.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry competitor Agile SAFe methodologies and latest trends.
  • Manage program blocking issues, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance business needs versus technical or operational constraints.
  • Serve as the internal and external subject matter expert for products functional responsibilities.
