Key Responsibilities:
  • Film, edit, and produce short-form videos that meet client expectations.
  • Maintain consistency in video quality (lighting, sound, visuals) throughout all productions.
  • Apply storytelling techniques and creative input to enhance the visual appeal of videos.
  • Stay updated with current trends and best practices in video production to ensure optimized content.
  • Deliver projects on time and adapt to changes as needed to meet deadlines.

Qualifications:
  • Degree or certification in Film, Media Studies, or related fields is preferred.
  • A portfolio showcasing relevant videography work is essential.
  • Proven experience in videography, particularly for social media platforms like Instagram Reels.
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or After Effects.
  • Understanding of platform requirements for optimal video performance.
  • Ability to work with scripts and provide creative input to elevate video content.
  • Knowledge of lighting, sound, and video production principles.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality output.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Bonus skill: Basic motion graphics knowledge can be beneficial but not required.
