Job Description
You will play a pivotal role in driving project success. You will take ownership of small to large projects and provide a boost to the major ones. Being one of the leaders at the helm, you will explore ways to bring out the best in your team by walking the talk when it comes to ensuring optimal outcomes for all stakeholders.
You will work closely with either the Project Lead or the Senior Project Lead, or both. You will ensure that all reporting, communication, and working procedures are streamlined, and that every project has clear objectives in place.
Additionally, you will help drive the effective use of JLL technology, which includes Adaptive Work, Open Space, and other technology tools that need to be implemented from time to time.
As this role needs someone who is good at forecast expenditure, project, and ensuring that each process is within reasonable cost, having excellent budget management skills is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage professional consultants necessary for the design and documentation of the project.
- Carry out contract administration of all vendors professionally and in accordance with legal requirements to protect commercial interests of client and JLL.
- Help identify project risks and implement measures to mitigate them.
- Create project-related reports, analyses, and reviews.
Requirements
- An expert in the field, preferably with a degree in Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering.
- At least six years of experience in Project Planning and Billing, or Master in Civil Construction Project Management with Minimum four years of experience in Project Planning and Billing.
- Ability to promote open, constructive, and collaborative relations with superiors, subordinates, peers, and clients.
