About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Deputy Manager to join our R&D team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in formulation of design for Soft PVC, Rigid & Semi Rigid PVC, Food grade PVC products, and PVC Weatherstrips. Additionally, they should have knowledge of machine selection for compounding, raw materials selection, reverse engineering of plastic products, plastics testing, and engineering plastics.

Responsibilities:
1) Formulate design for various PVC products
2) Select suitable machines for compounding
3) Source high-quality raw materials
4) Conduct reverse engineering of plastic products
5) Develop sound knowledge of plastics testing and engineering plastics
