We seek an experienced General Manager to lead our finance team. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping our organization's financial strategy and ensuring long-term financial stability.

• Financial Leadership: Provide strategic guidance on financial matters, aligning with the company's objectives.
• Team Management: Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Financial Audits and Risk Management: Oversee financial audits, internal controls, and risk management strategies to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Banking and Forex Compliance: Manage banking and foreign exchange regulations, maintaining efficient financial operations.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cost control strategies to optimize financial performance.
• Corporate Finance: Support corporate financial initiatives and provide financial guidance for business decision-making.
• Financial Modeling and Analysis: Develop financial models and conduct in-depth financial analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Taxation and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all tax regulations, managing indirect and direct taxation effectively.
• Profit and Loss Management: Take ownership of profit and loss statements, balance sheet preparation, and financial performance optimization.
• Cash Flow Management: Ensure cash flow compatibility with operations by overseeing day-to-day accounting, recording, reporting, and internal-control activities.
• Statutory Compliance: Oversee and ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements, staying updated on changes in laws and regulations.

• Master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (CA preferred)
• Minimum 8 years of experience in accounting and financial leadership roles
• Strong analytical and data-gathering skills
• Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable information
• Ability to work and communicate effectively with senior-level business partners
• Strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated creative and critical thinking skills
• Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
