Lead Power BI Developer Position

We are seeking a seasoned Lead Power BI Developer to spearhead our business intelligence initiatives. This role involves leading the design, development, and deployment of Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise working with Snowflake, Azure Data Factory (ADF), and Microsoft Fabric. They will be responsible for delivering scalable and high-performing BI solutions that drive business growth and insights.

About the Role:

  • Lead the development of Power BI dashboards and reports that meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver data-driven insights.
  • Establish and enforce data governance, security, and compliance practices in reporting.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers to ensure best practices in BI delivery.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in Power BI development with strong focus on reporting and data modelling.
  • Proven expertise in Microsoft Power BI (DAX, Power Query, advanced visualization).
  • Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake as a data source for reporting.
  • Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) for data integration and pipelines.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and its integration with BI solutions.
  • Solid understanding of data warehousing, ETL, and dimensional modelling (Star/Snowflake schema).
  • Strong SQL skills and experience in handling large datasets.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
