Job Description

As a Product Manager at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Limited, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation within the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to identify opportunities for innovation and value creation through digital solutions that align with business goals and customer journeys.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take end-to-end ownership and management of digital solutions, working closely with engineering, design, data sciences, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Interact with the business to gather, understand, and document business needs and requirements on projects, analyzing process documents, workflows, and conducting workshops & surveys.
  • Work with system architects and business partners to identify technical solutions for business process improvements that align with business strategy.
  • Document scope, including conceptual design, business, and quality requirements, and provide solutions that balance value proposition and scope.
  • Establish key success metrics for products and features, measuring them post-launch and constantly looking for opportunities to optimize performance.
  • Leverage technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), Blockchain, Mobility, and Cloud to solve business problems.
  • Facilitate ideation, collaboration, and knowledge management between stakeholders and external partners to enhance business value.
Qualifications:
  • Educational qualification: Degree/MBA from Tier 1 Institutes
  • Minimum work experience: 6+ years of experience in Product Management
  • Technical skills: Understanding of UI/UX processes, digital technologies, agile methodologies, and reasoning and analytical ability
  • Behavioural skills: Leadership skills, agility, attention to detail, and good communication skills
