The Database Specialist is a pivotal member of the team, responsible for the design and implementation of databases that drive business operations forward.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate should possess a solid educational background in Computer Science or a related field, coupled with significant experience in database administration and management. Proficiency in IMS database management systems, performance tuning, and maintenance practices are essential. Additionally, a strong understanding of data security best practices, as well as familiarity with mainframe environments, is necessary.
