Job Opportunity: Frontend Developer Lead

We are seeking a seasoned frontend developer to spearhead the frontend development efforts for our web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling applications for diverse use cases, high data volumes, and large user bases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership:
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of frontend developers in their professional growth and technical skillset.
  • Define and enforce frontend architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with product managers, backend leads, and UX/UI teams to align on requirements and ensure seamless integrations.

Hands-on Development:

  • Actively participate in coding, code reviews, and optimization tasks to improve application performance and maintainability.
  • Architect and build responsive, high-performance web and mobile applications using modern frontend technologies and frameworks.

Technology Ownership:

  • Demonstrate expertise across a broad range of frontend technologies and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue, React Native, Flutter, Ionic, etc.).
  • Evaluate, recommend, and drive adoption of new tools, libraries, and frameworks to improve productivity and performance.

Quality & Performance:

  • Establish and enforce coding standards, testing strategies, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure high-quality codebases.
  • Monitor application performance, conduct profiling, and implement optimizations to support large-scale usage.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Foster a collaborative environment across engineering, design, QA, and product teams.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and technical trade-offs to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 6+ years of hands-on frontend development experience.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Strong command over React and React Native is a must.
  • Working knowledge of Angular, Vue, Flutter, or Ionic is a plus.
