Our team is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Specialist to join our ranks. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the Microsoft Business Intelligence (MSBI) stack, including SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, tuning, and maintaining large-scale BI solutions. Strong SQL/T-SQL skills are essential, along with the ability to lead technical initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy efficient ETL packages using SSIS.
  • Build and enhance reports and cubes using SSRS and SSAS.
  • Create and optimize complex SQL and T-SQL queries for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Implement data integration strategies aligned with business requirements and technical best practices.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience with MSBI tools (SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS).
  • Advanced SQL/T-SQL development and performance tuning skills.
  • Proven experience in data warehouse design and ETL processes.
  • Strong knowledge of MDX and multidimensional modeling.
