Job Title: Educational Placement Specialist

Job Description:
To contribute to the educational development of students by providing them with placement opportunities and mentorship support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage student progress and develop strategies to overcome challenges
  • Arrange guest lectures and visits to local establishments for students
  • Look after student placements and maintain pre-placement and post-placement data
  • Monitor the quality of training at centers and submit reports
  • Establish new placement partnerships and collaborate with the central team
  • Track students throughout their employment period and provide ongoing support

Requirements:
  • Willingness to travel regularly
  • Minimum Qualification: Graduation
  • 1 year of experience in the field
  • Own two-wheeler with required documents
  • Basic computer knowledge, Microsoft Excel, Word, Internet
  • Good communication skills, fluency in English, Hindi, Regional Language, Kannad
