Livelihood Specialist

Job Summary

Our organization is seeking an experienced Livelihood Specialist to lead and implement our livelihood programs. The successful candidate will have a strong background in social entrepreneurship, project management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective livelihood strategies that promote economic growth and sustainability for marginalized communities.
• Build and maintain partnerships with local stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and private sector organizations.
• Lead and manage project teams to achieve program goals and objectives.
• Conduct needs assessments, develop project proposals, and secure funding from various sources.
• Ensure effective monitoring and evaluation of program outcomes and make adjustments as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure program integration and alignment with organizational goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Entrepreneurship Development, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in social entrepreneurship, project management, and team leadership.
• Strong analytical, financial, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Results-driven with a strong sense of accountability and commitment to excellence.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and networking skills.
• Fluency in English and knowledge of Hindi is a plus.
