Job Description:

Campaigns teams need dynamic professionals who can lead, manage and deliver campaign strategies that drive conversations, spark change and shape electoral ecosystems.

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to ideate, execute, monitor and optimize online and offline campaigns for our clients at various levels.

Key responsibilities include interacting with multiple stakeholders to understand and finalise project deliverables, timelines and vendors; managing on-ground resources and comprehending client needs; upholding internal quality standards for deliverables; regularly monitoring and reporting on vendor performance; coordinating with vendors to execute online and offline campaigns; ensuring assigned resources are present at key offline events across various project locations to ensure smooth event flow; assisting with project ideation; supporting the Senior Consultant in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); managing and overseeing key offline events to ensure flawless execution; and providing timely and clear reports to the manager about project execution.

  • Ability to work extensively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong relationship management skills to build trust with multiple stakeholders.
  • Effective vendor management to deliver high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite to streamline project operations.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data management to drive informed decision-making.
Desirable Skills:
  • Proficiency in Tamil (Write, Read, Speak) and English to cater to diverse clients and projects.
  • Basic understanding of politics and India's democratic system to provide contextual insights.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field to bring academic rigor to project delivery.
  • Experience in event management to add a practical dimension to campaign strategies.
  • 2-4 years of professional experience to demonstrate expertise and leadership capabilities.
