Job Title: Lead Data Engineer

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of data scraping, automation, and leadership principles to drive team success.

This role requires the ability to design and develop scalable data scraping solutions using advanced techniques, reverse engineering, and proxy management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop data scraping solutions for large datasets.
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers, managing project timelines and deliverables.
  • Implement blocking and captcha-solving techniques to bypass restrictions.
  • Conduct source code analysis and automate web interactions.
  • Manage proxies, IP rotation, and SSL unpinning for effective scraping.
  • Maintain and improve API integrations and data pipelines.
  • Ensure code quality through version control, error handling, and documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Advanced knowledge of Python programming language.
  • Proficiency in Scrapy, Threading, requests, and web automation.
  • Understanding of data scraping industry requirements.
  • Leadership skills with experience leading teams.
  • Basic project management and moderate documentation skills.
Preferred (Good to Have):
  • Experience with Linux operating system.
  • Knowledge of Appium, Fiddler, Burp Suite.
