Job Opportunity: Cybersecurity Professional

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Security Analyst to drive key security initiatives across the organization. This role is ideal for someone with foundational knowledge of cybersecurity or a strong interest in the field, paired with exceptional organizational and communication skills.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in enabling our security function to operate smoothly by managing operational workflows, coordinating with stakeholders, and supporting the implementation of security processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and execution of security projects.
  • Prepare responses to security surveys and vendor assessments.
  • Track progress of ongoing security tasks, audits, and compliance activities.
Operational Execution:
  • Coordinate meetings and communications with internal teams, partners, and external vendors related to security initiatives.
  • Manage scheduling across time zones and ensure timely follow-ups on action items.
  • Assist with handling confidential documents and security-related onboarding materials.
Process & Documentation:
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of security processes, risk registers, and procedural workflows.
  • Support the preparation of internal reports and presentations on security projects.
Administrative & Logistical Support:
  • Handle basic admin tasks including expense reports, purchase orders, and vendor coordination.
  • Assist in the management of tools and platforms used by the security team.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative, operations, or coordination role—preferably in a startup or technology environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Foundational knowledge of security principles or a strong willingness to learn.
  • Experience working remotely and collaborating with global, distributed teams.
  • Tech-savvy; comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and task/project management platforms.
