Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Data Governance Specialist to join our organization. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in managing our data assets. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement strategies for improving data quality, ensuring adherence to data governance standards.

  • Develop Data Quality Improvement Strategies: Utilize AI-driven tools to optimize data operations, ensuring seamless integration and efficiency across the organization.
  • Support Data Governance Initiatives: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data quality issues, leveraging your expertise in data analysis and problem-solving.
  • Manage Data Migration Projects: Oversee the migration of data from acquired organizations, guaranteeing data integrity and accuracy throughout the process.
  • Conduct Regular Data Quality Assessments: Identify anomalies and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to drive business growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2-5 Years of Experience: Proven track record in data governance, including functional knowledge of SF, Informatica, or similar tools.
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities: Excellent skills in data analysis using SQL, Excel, and AI tools, with the ability to leverage these skills to drive business outcomes.
  • Knowledge of Data Governance Frameworks: Familiarity with leading data governance frameworks and best practices, enabling you to make informed decisions and drive positive change.
  • Familiarity with Data Quality Assessment and Auditing Processes: Understanding of data quality assessment and auditing processes, including AI techniques, to ensure accurate and reliable data.
