We are seeking a highly skilled, versatile, and collaborative professional to support our Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) global users. As part of a highly collaborative team, you will be passionate about finding both rapid and long-term solutions to ensure the best experience for our lab users and drive strategic results.

This role is responsible for supporting the timely development of master data within LIMS with accuracy and precision. This includes interfacing with multiple groups, independently performing tasks, interpreting results, and troubleshooting. Additionally, when needed, you will assist with training and support LIMS questions during routine QC operations.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required, preferably in pharma/biotech
  • Experience: 4-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a regulated environment.
  • Laboratory Experience: Understanding of laboratory experience with various analytical techniques, e.g., HPLC.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Previous experience with Global Regulatory and GxP requirements
  • System Proficiency: Required experience with following systems: LIMS (Labvantage 8.7), eQMS, and document management
  • Customer Skills: Strong customer-facing skills
  • Communication Skills: Strong written, oral, and presentation experience with the ability to break down technical concepts into business-facing language
