Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Solutions Architect to join our team at Techmatrix Consulting. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and support of software applications, with a focus on Salesforce and Java/Any CRM.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Independently own pre-sales activities, including POCs, demo delivery, and presentations.
  • Identify customer needs and pain points, developing solutions based on an analysis of business goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal technical teams to create customized solutions.
  • Lead the adoption of best practices around solution architecture, product design, quality, safety, integration, and performance.
  • Provide pre-sales support to the sales team during RFI/RFP stages, including drafting responses and developing ROI-maximizing solutions.
  • Work with the delivery team to create detailed solution design schedules and resource plans for implementation, including code reviews.
  • Actively participate in the end-to-end delivery operations cycle to validate and document the implementation of solutions as per the original architecture and design intent.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in implementing and supporting software applications (Salesforce/Java/Any CRM) with at least 2 years in an Architect or Technical Analyst role.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce standard products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.
  • Experience in cloud implementation.
  • Proficiency in solutioning, architecture, presales, consulting, and customer management.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience in customer management and interactions with senior management.
  • Extensive experience in Salesforce architecture and implementation, with a solid understanding of Salesforce products and services.
  • Proven ability to conduct effective pre-sales activities and deliver compelling presentations.
  • Strong analytical skills to understand customer requirements and design appropriate solutions.
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies and implementation strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing customer relationships and engaging with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Familiarity with coding and technical aspects of Salesforce, including Apex and APIs, is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities to guide team members and stakeholders.

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
