The selected candidate will be responsible for providing support in the implementation and ongoing operation of hosted SAP Data Services for internal customers to the Global Data Center with a focus on SAP S/4 HANA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze legacy data structures, define source-to-target mappings, assess business requirements, and create mapping rules for SAP Data Objects
  • Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements, drive data cleansing and enrichment activities
  • Develop robust and reusable programs with SAP Data Services (BODS), Migration Cockpit, LSMW
  • Participate in planning data migration cycles, considering data object dependencies, ensure adequate test scenarios, and support cutover plans
  • Oversee data migration execution, implement performance optimizations, conduct root cause analysis, perform post-load evaluations, and generate reports

Requirements:

  • Degree in an IT-related discipline, e.g., Information Technology, Informatics, Business, or equivalent
  • 5+ years of relevant experience with SAP data migration projects, ideally S/4 HANA, using ETL-Tools like BODS, LTMC, SAP Fiori apps, LSMW
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP Migration Object Modeler and custom migration objects design
  • Good understanding of SAP data structures and business processes in Sales, Logistics/Production, and/or Finance/Controlling
  • Advanced SQL and SQL Script knowledge, basic programming experience in ABAP and debugging
