Job Title

A Paid Media Boss is required to drive growth through paid advertising.

  • Paid Acquisition Strategy: Develop and scale paid acquisition across multiple channels, including Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Full-Funnel Strategies: Create comprehensive strategies that span cold awareness to high-intent retargeting and retention.
  • Creative Optimization: Continuously test creatives, audience segments, hooks, copy, and landing pages.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with design, CRO, email, and analytics teams to drive conversion.
  • Performance Tracking: Build reports, track customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), return on ad spend (ROAS), and marketing efficiency ratio (MER) — and act on insights.
  • Team Leadership: Manage or build a small media buying team, or fly solo like a pro.
Requirements

Successful candidates will have:

  • Experience scaling D2C campaigns and understanding how to turn clicks into customers profitably.
  • Fluency in ROAS, AOV, CAC, LTV, MER.
  • Working experience with budgets ranging from £10K–£500K/month — and making every penny count.
  • Proficiency in running campaigns inside Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Ability to love testing, tracking, tweaking — and winning.
  • Bonus: Experience using Shopify, Klaviyo, GA4, Triple Whale, Northbeam, or similar tools.
