Job Title: Servicenow ITOM Developer

Servicenow ITOM Developers are responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge software solutions using ServiceNow technology.

The Role
  • Designing and developing software solutions using ServiceNow technology
  • Implementing identified components using design documentation and functional programming specifications
  • Ensuring implemented components are appropriately documented, unit-tested, and ready for integration into the final product
  • Architecting the solution, testing the code, and deploying and building a CI/CD pipeline
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduation/Post-Graduation in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 6 to 8 years of experience in ServiceNow development with specific focus on Discovery, Service mapping, and event management
  • Experience with Configuring Discovery Module for On Prem, Cloud (AWS, GCP), authentication mechanisms, customizing OOTB discovery patterns, and Shell Scripting and Unix/Linux commands
  • Experience with Integrating External Sources (Dynatrace, Solar winds) with Event Management, Configuring Event Rules, Alert Rules, Flow Designer, Incident Management, and good understanding of Event Correlation and Alert Grouping
  • Experience with Configuring Service Maps based on Top-down approach, Dynamic CI Approach, Service Operating Workspace, Service Dashboard, Impact Rules in Service Maps, and MID Server architecture
