Backend Software Development Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Software Development Expert to lead our team in optimizing the product roadmap strategy, implementing solutions with speed and precision.

Responsibilities:

  2. Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, QA teams, and fellow developers to ensure alignment with the long-term tech roadmap.
  3. Write clean, maintainable, and high-quality code that sets a benchmark for the team.
  4. Maintain clear documentation and workflow visibility across teams to ensure workload balance and transparency.
  5. Design and oversee comprehensive testing schedules across browsers and devices to guarantee a consistent user experience.
  6. Evaluate system solutions by comparing build vs. buy approaches and recommend the best path.
  7. Proficient in Node.js, JavaScript, PostgreSQL, AWS, and Redis.
  8. Hands-on experience mentoring junior engineers and contributing to team growth.
  9. Exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs), developing or experimenting with them, is a plus.
  10. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to document and explain complex systems clearly.
  11. Minimum of 3 years of relevant backend development experience.
