Brief Overview of the Role:

As a member of our team, your primary responsibility will be to contribute to the development of future Automated Driving (AD) system generations.

This vision requires us to develop software functionalities in-house, maximizing component reusability and robustness in the future landscape of AD.

You will work collaboratively with multiple disciplinary teams to mentor junior SW engineers and effectively communicate findings through presentations and reports.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop high-level designs that can be broken down into detailed design specifications.
  • Mentor junior software developers on design patterns, development best practices, and DevOps trade-offs.
  • Design and implement complex software solutions to meet design objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with global teams within our organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in application design and development.
  • Previous experience in complex automotive projects, owning responsibility for low-level design, implementation, and validation.
  • Proficiency in designing and developing software solutions using AUTOSAR.
  • Hands-on experience in programming languages like C/C++.
  • Knowledge of Agile SW development processes.
