Creative Design Lead

The ideal candidate is a highly skilled individual contributor who has delivered outstanding results on well-recognized projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Creative Collaboration: Work directly with the product marketing team to brainstorm and produce high-quality, captivating artwork across digital and print formats.
  2. Execution: Be hands-on and responsible for producing creative work quickly and efficiently, delivering consistently high-quality results and adapting to tight deadlines.
  3. Concept Development: Independently plan and develop creative concepts by studying brand guidelines and analyzing industry competitors.
  4. Project Management: Take complete ownership of assigned projects, ensuring timely completion according to established timelines.
  5. Quality Assurance: Ensure all design deliverables consistently meet quality standards and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Art, or a similar field preferred.
  • 5+ years of seasoned creative experience in an agency, startup setting, or as a consultant.
  • Proficient in online and print design tools such as Canva, Figma, and InVideo.
  • Advanced skills with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
  • Experience and interest in integrating AI into daily design work are highly desirable.
  • Capable of working efficiently in a cross-functional environment and incorporating feedback from analytical and marketing team members.
  • Fluent in English, with strong conversational skills to interact with professionals from diverse backgrounds and nationalities.
  • Excellent project management skills, with proficiency in MS Office software.
