Regulatory Compliance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our homologation process for retrofit emission control devices and automotive products.

About the Role:
  • Develop effective homologation strategies and roadmaps for our retrofit emission control devices and automotive related products.
  • Manage relationships with test agencies and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the homologation team, ensuring timely completion of projects and meeting deadlines.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and report to senior management.
  • Ensure efficient allocation of resources for homologation projects.
  • Take ownership of homologation-related projects and drive them to successful completion.
  • Foster collaboration and open communication across the engineering team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in homologation, certification, or regulatory compliance, with a minimum of 1 year in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of working with regulatory agencies, certification bodies, and homologation partners.
  • Strong leadership skills, ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
  • Excellent project management skills, ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks.
