We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the launch of our algorithmic trading product in India.
The selected individual will be responsible for strategic input on product positioning, assistance with compliance setup, guidance on technology stack, support in establishing broker relationships, and advising on go-to-market strategies.
- Provide strategic input on product positioning and differentiation.
- Assist with compliance setup and regulatory documentation.
- Guide technology stack and vendor partnerships.
- Support establishment of broker relationships and operational workflows.
- Advise on go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and customer engagement.
Required qualifications include:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, C++, Java, or R.
- Understanding of financial markets, equity instruments, and market microstructure.
- Hands-on experience in designing, developing, or maintaining algorithmic trading systems.
- Experience with data analytics tools, backtesting frameworks, and simulated trading environments.
- Familiarity with SEBI regulations, exchange-specific rules, and compliance protocols.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
