At best-nanotech, we seek a seasoned Financial Manager to lead our financial planning and analysis efforts. This role offers the opportunity to utilize your expertise in financial analysis and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budgeting & Reporting: Develop and manage budgets, prepare financial reports, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Cost Control & Profitability: Analyze cost structures, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance profitability.
  • Tax & Compliance: Ensure adherence to tax laws and regulations, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with relevant authorities.
  • Accounting & Audits: Manage accounting processes, conduct audits, and ensure the accuracy of financial statements.
  • Cost Center Management: Oversee cost centers, optimize resource allocation, and minimize waste.
  • Government Grants Management: Identify and secure government grants, manage grant applications, and report on grant utilization.
  • Lead Financial Meetings: Facilitate regular financial meetings, present key findings, and engage stakeholders in decision-making.
  • Deliver Reports and Metrics: Provide timely and actionable financial insights, metrics, and recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree or higher in finance or related field.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in finance.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • A detail-oriented and analytical mindset.
