We are currently looking for a seasoned SAP Customer Service professional to fill a key role within our organization.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the SAP CS module, gained through 5-7 years of experience.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent from an accredited institution is required.
  • Experience with SAP S/4 HANA Rise on AWS is mandatory.
  • SAP S/4 HANA certification is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities include:

  • Proficiently handling Issues/troubleshooting/support functions.
  • Experience in building integrations with non-SAP applications.
  • Good understanding of ticketing tools like Service Now and Solution Manager.
  • Establish and maintain high customer trust and confidence.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ready to work in a 24 x 5 support environment.

Preferred candidates should have a joining availability of 30 days or less.
