We are seeking a highly skilled Integration Delivery Expert to lead strategic delivery across our global IT ecosystem.

This role combines project management excellence with system integration expertise to orchestrate integration projects that connect systems, data, and teams across continents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demand Management & Onboarding Process: Establish and manage the demand management and onboarding process for initiatives/projects requiring Digital Backbone integration.
  • Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end delivery of integration projects from planning to deployment, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and architectural standards.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as primary contact for clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors, effectively managing expectations, communicating progress, and resolving issues.
  • Resource Management: Allocate and manage project resources, including team members, budget, and technology assets, to optimize efficiency and meet project deadlines.
  • Methodology & Process: Implement and refine agile and other project management methodologies to ensure predictable and high-quality delivery.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, developing contingency plans and escalating critical issues as needed.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, mentoring and coaching team members, providing constructive feedback, and supporting professional development.

Requirements:
15+ years of experience in leading delivery or project management roles within the Integration domain.
A minimum of 5 years of experience managing integration-related projects is highly preferred.
Good understanding of API-led connectivity, Event Driven Architecture, data integration patterns, and cloud-based integration services (e.g., Azure Integration Services) and SAP BTP IS.
Proven experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and other project management methodologies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage a cross-functional team.
