Lead User Experience Designer

Craft engaging experiences for customers by applying design thinking methodologies and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs aligned with business and user needs.

You will be responsible for:

  • Facilitating workshops and collaborative sessions with stakeholders to understand requirements, ideate solutions, and validate outcomes.
  • Presenting design concepts and decisions confidently to senior leaders and stakeholders, supported by clear rationale and user insights.
  • Working within established design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
  • Conducting user interviews, usability testing, and other research activities to gather insights and validate design solutions.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
  • Staying informed on industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices to continually improve design quality and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • 4–6 years of professional experience in UX design (enterprise, product, or digital solutions).
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, Miro, and prototyping techniques.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, processes, and usability standards.
  • Proven experience in conducting user interviews, usability testing, and synthesizing findings into actionable design recommendations.
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and storytelling abilities, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional, agile environments.
  • Adaptability, problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and openness to feedback.
