Key Responsibilities

  • Project allocation and capacity management
  • Team management and monitoring of project timelines
  • Adherence to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Proactive forecasting and flagging of project-related concerns
  • Effective communication with multiple stakeholders
  • Escalation handling
  • Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Action Items (AIs) identification
  • Number analysis and report preparation
  • Meeting minutes drafting and sharing
  • Client partnership and solution provision
  • Proactive project management and process evaluation

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident and empathetic listener
  • Pleasing personality with receptivity to feedback and a positive attitude
