Deliver cutting-edge project portfolio management and project controls solutions for clients across PAN INDIA using EcoSys, a powerful Enterprise Project Performance platform.

The ideal candidate will lead portfolio process configuration, cost control forecasting, EVM integrations with upstream systems, and build standardized reporting analytics. They will configure EcoSys Portfolios Projects Contracts modules, design cost classes coding structures WBS timesheet budget forecasting workflows change controls and governance templates.

Key responsibilities include establishing baselines progress capture EACEVM calculations variance analysis dashboards implementing standardized monthly cycle forecast accruals KPIs. The consultant will also orchestrate integrations between Eco Sys and ERP eg SAP CRM SFDC schedulers Primavera P6MS Project and EDW Snowflake IICS to enable single source reporting.

Built on top of EcoSys native reports aligning to reporting cadences, the consultant will develop portfolio and project dashboards KPI cost schedule performance funding vs actuals. Additionally, they will translate governance into EcoSys processes gates approvals auditability author SOPs Runbooks and conduct user training.

Engagement includes collaborating with program leads finance controllers PMs and data teams managing change requests and cutovers aligned to Statement of Work deliverables.

  • Required Qualifications
  • 6 - 10 years in PPM Project Controls 3 years hands-on EcoSys configuration and admin experience
  • Strong cost management budgeting forecasting and EVM knowledge monthly close processes
  • Proven integration experience with SAP SFDC EDW Snowflake IICS or similar ETL ability to define source to EcoSys mappings
  • Reporting skills EcoSys native plus Power BI Tableau for enterprise distribution
  • Solid SQL data modeling fundamentals Agile delivery Scrum SAFe
