  • Process student visa applications for European countries, coordinating with students on required documentation and procedures.
  • Verify and review visa-related documents for accuracy and compliance with VFS/embassy standards.
  • Schedule appointments at VFS centers and communicate with students regarding application status and timelines.
  • Stay updated on changing embassy rules and immigration guidelines for EU countries.
  • Prepare and submit university applications on behalf of students, ensuring all forms, essays, and supporting documents meet specific criteria.
  • Manage individual student files, tracking application progress and visa processing timelines.
  • Communicate effectively with students, universities, and consulates as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum 2–3 years of experience in student visa processing with expertise in European visa applications.
  • Detailed knowledge of VFS processes, embassy regulations, and document verification procedures.
  • Experience in university application preparation, including online portals, SOPs, LORs, and document management.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
