About the Role

The position involves working on cutting-edge AI models, directly influencing how they are trained, evaluated and refined. The main focus is on dataset generation, model evaluation and Python development.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop efficient Python code to support AI training pipelines.
  • Generate and refine datasets for Supervised Fine-Tuning and contribute to Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback workflows.
  • Run evaluations to measure and compare model performance.
  • Assess and rank model outputs, providing clear and structured feedback.
  • Partner with researchers and annotators to enhance model alignment.
  • Maintain clean code and documentation to ensure reproducibility.

We Are Looking For

  • Proficiency in Python with strong debugging and optimization skills.
  • Familiarity with Python testing frameworks (unit, integration, property-based).
  • Understanding of concurrency, multi-threading and async programming.
  • Experience with code quality, architectural patterns and refactoring.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and clear communication skills in English.
  • Open to all levels of experience – from motivated juniors to seasoned professionals.

Contract Details
