Education Leader Opportunity

As the head of our educational institution, you will provide strategic leadership and direction to ensure a positive learning environment. You will oversee all aspects of school administration, including curriculum development, staff management, student affairs, community relations, and resource allocation.

This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to set clear goals and direction, while ensuring compliance with educational regulations, policies, and standards.

  • Leadership & Administration:
  • Provide strategic leadership, setting clear goals and direction.
  • Ensure compliance with educational regulations, policies, and standards.
  • Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and staff management.
  • Foster a safe and inclusive environment, promoting academic excellence and student well-being.
  • Lead the school in improving academic performance, focusing on student achievement and growth.
  • Staff Supervision & Development:
  • Recruit, hire, and retain high-quality staff.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and facilitate professional development.
  • Promote collaboration among teachers and staff to enhance instructional practices and student outcomes.
  • Address and resolve staff concerns, conflicts, or issues.
  • Curriculum & Instruction:
  • Oversee curriculum development and implementation.
  • Ensure instructional practices align with state standards.
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress, addressing areas of need.
  • Promote educational innovation and improvement initiatives.
  • Student Affairs & Discipline:
  • Maintain a positive school culture, promoting respect, responsibility, and academic excellence.
  • Oversee student discipline, ensuring fair and consistent enforcement of school policies.
  • Foster programs supporting student well-being, engagement, and extracurricular activities.
  • Parent & Community Relations:
  • Serve as the primary representative of the school to parents, the school board, and the community.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, providing opportunities for involvement and communication.
  • Collaborate with community organizations, businesses, and local governments to enhance school programs and resources.
  • Liaisoning with Government agencies on Education related matters:
  • Facilitate effective coordination and collaboration with government agencies and regulatory bodies on education policy, compliance, and program implementation.
  • Branding:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive branding strategies to enhance the school's image and reputation.

You must have B.Ed. mandatory, master's degree preferable. A minimum of 12 years of experience in education, with at least 3-5 years as Principal or Vice Principal is preferred. Experience in ICSE board and residential experience are also desired.

Able to manage staff, students, and resources effectively. Knowledge of curriculum development, instructional practices, and educational policy is essential.
