Job Overview As an Associate Creative Director, you will be responsible for taking client briefs, understanding brand pain points, and transforming them into creative strategies across shoots and AI projects.

This role involves ownership, adaptability, and problem-solving. You'll work across formats: from fashion campaign shoots to AI-powered visuals, from catalogues to social media creatives, from films to post-production workflows.

About the Role
  • We're looking for a seasoned creative professional with 5–7 years of experience in fashion, lifestyle, or content production.
  • You should have a strong ability to understand client goals and work backwards to develop innovative solutions.
  • Experience in photoshoots, video shoots, concept development, and integrating AI tools is a must.
  • The ideal candidate will possess leadership qualities – proactive, solution-driven, and a team player.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills are essential.
