  • Handle trade finance transactions, including letter of credit, guarantees, and documentary collections

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, risk, and compliance, to ensure seamless execution of trade finance transactions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices in trade finance operations
Requirements:
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in trade finance operations
  • Good knowledge of trade finance products, including letter of credit, guarantees, and documentary collections
  • Basic knowledge of office automation tools, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • French language skills (read, write, and speak) is a must
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
