We're seeking an experienced Information Security Compliance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring our security policies align with industry best practices, regulations, and standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and Implement Governance Frameworks
  • Collaborate with our security team to develop, implement, and continuously improve our information security governance framework.
  • Ensure our information security policies, procedures, and controls are current and aligned with industry standards and best practices.
Manage Risks and Develop Mitigation Strategies
  • Identify, assess, and evaluate information security risks across the organization.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability evaluations to anticipate potential security risks.
  • Help develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and internal controls to address identified risks.
  • Maintain and update our risk register and suggest ways to reduce risk exposure.
Support Regulatory Compliance and Audits
  • Ensure compliance with relevant security regulations, standards, and frameworks.
  • Support internal audits and help with third-party audits to demonstrate compliance.
  • Coordinate the development, implementation, and monitoring of compliance programs related to information security.
  • Provide guidance on regulatory requirements and the impact of emerging laws and standards on security practices.
Monitor and Improve Security Controls
  • Collaborate with our IT and Security teams to design, implement, and monitor security controls to protect critical systems and data.
  • Evaluate and assist in selecting security technologies that support our governance, risk, and compliance strategy.
  • Regularly review and assess the effectiveness of existing security controls and suggest improvements.
Implement Training and Awareness Programs
  • Deliver information security training and awareness programs to employees to foster a security-conscious culture.
  • Educate staff on the importance of information security, regulatory requirements, and secure practices.
