Job Title: Senior Software Engineer - Chemistry, Manufacturing and Controls

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our team in developing cutting-edge software solutions for the Chemistry, Manufacturing and Controls (CMC) domain.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in software development, databases, and connected systems, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, deploy, and maintain software solutions for CMC content management and GenAI authoring platforms
  • Collaborate with product teams, business stakeholders, and other departments to drive architecture and implementation of new features
  • Participate in code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior engineers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in software development, data science, and AI
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Strong technical background in software development, databases, and connected systems
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
  • Experience working with databases, API-driven data delivery, and collaboration tools
  • Familiarity with GenAI solutions, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code deployment, containerization, and cloud services
  • Knowledge of international pharmaceutical regulatory submission guidelines
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
