AI Engineer - Build the Future

We're seeking talented engineers to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge AI solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex problems, experiment with new technologies, and shape the future of AI.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement efficient AI models using Python and JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+).
  • Evaluate model performance by testing and ranking outputs.
  • Fine-tune models with datasets for SFT and RLHF.
  • Raise the bar with code reviews, testing, and clean documentation.
  • Innovate by shaping new strategies to make AI more useful, safe, and aligned with real-world needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong experience with Python and JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+).
  • Proficiency in Node.js or NestJS, plus a modern frontend framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
  • Comfortable with modular development, scalable systems, and secure coding practices.
  • Skilled with Docker.
  • Clear communication skills and excellent English language proficiency.
Bonus Points If You Have:
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g. ChatGPT, prompting, fine-tuning).
  • A background in test-driven development, QA, or automated testing.
