Job Title: Frontend Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Frontend Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing front-end solutions that meet our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop visually appealing and user-friendly front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize requirements
  • Develop and maintain front-end features and functionality in accordance with technical standards and best practices
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in front-end development with a strong focus on Adobe Target
  • Expertise in JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Launch, Adobe Analytics, and other Adobe Experience Cloud tools
  • Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies, statistics, and CRO best practices
  • Experience working with Single Page Applications (SPAs) and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js
  • Proficiency in debugging and troubleshooting front-end performance issues
  • Experience integrating Adobe Target with third-party data sources and CRM systems
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
