Senior Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our project team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting in quantity take-off, estimation, and costing for civil, structural, and finishing works.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQs), project budgets, and cost comparisons using Microsoft Excel.
- Develop and maintain Excel-based dashboards, cost-tracking reports, and project documentation.
- Interpret and analyze AutoCAD drawings, architectural and structural plans.
- Contribute to project schedules, progress monitoring, and site execution support.
You will have the opportunity to participate in site visits, inspections, and project review meetings for real-world exposure.
Requirements- A Bachelor's degree (or final-year student) in Civil Engineering.
- Knowledge of estimation, costing, and budgeting practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of construction processes, procurement, and project management tools.
