Job Title: Senior Backend Developer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced software professional to fill a senior backend developer position. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex back-end features in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) using Java, Sling, OSGi, and other AEM-specific technologies.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop product innovations using data-driven development and implementation methodologies.
  • Design, develop, and maintain back-end features in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) using Java, Sling, OSGi, and other AEM-specific technologies.
  • Work on Spring Boot application and AWS, handling CI/CD pipeline.
  • Conduct code reviews, employ strong coding standards for efficiency, readability, and reuse.
  • Mentor team members and participate in pair programming and extreme programming.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience working in a client-facing development team with strong experience in Java with AEM knowledge.
  • Strong experience as a senior frontend developer in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) implementations.
  • Solid understanding of Java, AEM's architecture, JCR, Sling, and OSGi, Services, Components, Dispatcher, caching systems.
  • Ability to integrate AEM with third-party services.
  • Front-end skills, along with knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Spring Boot, and AWS.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customer-centricity.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Embrace learning new technologies quickly.
