Chief Data Solutions Architect

This role is responsible for designing and overseeing the architecture of Microsoft Fabric solutions, encompassing integration with Power BI, Synapse, Data Factory, and other Azure services.
Main Responsibilities- Create and direct the design of Microsoft Fabric solutions.
- Lead a team comprising data engineers, BI developers, and analysts in delivering scalable and secure data solutions.
- Foster collaboration with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft Fabric features, updates, and industry trends.
- Establish data ingestion, transformation, and storage strategies using Lakehouses, Data Warehouses, and Real-Time Analytics.
- Develop and implement data governance, security, and compliance frameworks within Microsoft Fabric.
- Monitor and optimize data pipelines and queries for performance and cost efficiency.
- At least 9 years of experience in data engineering, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in Azure Data Platform (ADF, Databricks, Synapse).
- A minimum of 1 year of experience working on MS Fabric projects (not proof-of-concepts).
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Azure Data Services (Synapse, Data Factory, Data Lake).
- Detailed understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data governance.
