Financial Analyst

At Stratefix Professional Private Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations, and providing financial analysis to support business decisions.

• Prepare and maintain financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Manage payroll processing, including calculations, deductions, and timely payments to employees.
• Reconcile accounts, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting, and provide financial analysis to support business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, and assist in tax return preparation.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records.
• Provide financial analysis, identify trends, and areas for improvement.
• Support management in developing financial strategies and plans.
• Stay updated on accounting standards and regulations to ensure compliance.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
• CPA or equivalent certification (preferred but not required).
