Senior Software Engineer

Our organization is seeking a seasoned software professional to spearhead the development of cutting-edge applications.

As a senior full stack engineer, your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Designing and implementing technical architectures that support business growth.
  • Independently developing, deploying, and monitoring complex web and business components, APIs, and reports.
  • Performing unit testing, performance testing, system integration testing, and assisting with user acceptance testing.
  • Assisting in the rollout, maintenance, and ongoing administration of leasing applications.
  • Ensuring developed applications are robust, scalable, and performant.
  • Liaising with engineering teams to discuss and implement technical designs.
  • Providing support for core business applications.
  • Attending calls and team collaborations during USA morning time (8 AM-12 PM CST).
  • Participating in weekend deployments when required.
  • Troubleshooting complex failures and driving resolution independently.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of experience in software development and lifecycle management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficient in C#, .Net Core, MVC Framework, SQL Server.
  • Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, including advanced concepts such as Components, Redux, Hooks.
  • Excellent programming, technical writing, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Experience with agile software development methodologies (Scrum, etc.).
  • Experience using DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and GitHub.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Technical Skills & Competencies

  • Familiarity with monitoring tools like Datadog is a plus.
  • Experience with cloud technologies.
  • Database performance tuning expertise.
  • Azure function and logic apps knowledge.
  • Code quality tool proficiency like SonarQube.
  • Knowledge of Google Maps API and Rabbit MQ.
