Plant Quality Expert

Job Title: Plant Quality Head.

The Quality Manager oversees the quality management systems and processes within the plant. This role ensures that all products meet the required quality standards and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a quality assurance strategy that aligns with company goals and objectives.
• Lead and mentor a team of quality professionals to ensure high performance and compliance with quality standards.
• Monitor production processes and product quality, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Conduct regular audits of the quality management system and processes to ensure compliance with ISO standards and other regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and enhance product quality.
• Manage customer complaints and feedback, conducting root cause analysis and implementing solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Prepare and present quality reports to management, highlighting key metrics and trends.
• Stay current with industry trends, compliance regulations, and best practices in quality management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant certification is preferred.
• Proven experience in a quality management role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the same industry.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, tools, and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
